"Do NOT go here I went and told them exactly what I was experiencing in detail I told them to look for a hernia. They cleared me with no hernia and I returned to work but the pain would not go away. I then had to go to the ER just for them to tell me I do have a hernia. Now this place is probably going to try to charge me a bunch of money!!!! I will be fighting that. Caused me additional weeks of pain and caused me to have to spend a bunch of money at the ER. Thanks for nothing"

"So many people pointing out the rudeness and unprofessionalism here for SO long, yet it's still going on?! Whoever responds to these keeps saying "I forwarded yr msg to the supervisor." But they're obviously not DOING anything about it. You need to immediately fire everyone who's rude and lies to people over there and get to the bottom of the toxic anti-patient environment. Maybe it's the supervisor who doesn't care!"

"These people are quick and professional. They make everything easy such as pre-check in online. They're communications are great. If you call them they're very helpful. I've been going for several years for a CT scan and ultrasound for my aortic aneurysm. They deliver their results really quickly. They are careful and thorough. They're the best!"

"Staff at this location are very nice. However be really careful with their scheduling team in the call center. I waited for a week for a scheduling call that never came. When I called the call center, I was hung up on. I called again and the gal said my order was missing but she would take care of it right away and they'll call me to schedule. Waited over a week and no call. I called again and got scheduled by someone who couldn't tell that the prior authorization wasn't the order and scheduled me for the wrong exam. I had moved my whole schedule around to make it for this appointment, to find out I needed to reschedule. Really do appreciate the staff at this office having to clean up after the call center, but wish this was a better experience."
