"If you have a question for Quest regarding your test(s) and you can't find the answer on quest's website, you wont get an answer from quest. They won't respond to email inquiries. You won't get a live human on the phone either. I wanted to know do I need to stay onsite between the hours of blood draws for my OGTT and can they start OGTTs as early as 7:30 when they open or only as early as 8:50 when their first appts are available for OGTT. This is literally just a collection center, nothing more. And if you're lucky you get a phlebotomist who actually knows how to find veins. The bar is very very low here."

"I have never had such a quick and (literally) painless experience than having my blood drawn today. Was there less than 7 minutes with no wait, painless blood draw and a very polite phlebotomist who hit the vein perfectly the first time and left no bruise. Have already recommended this location to friends in the area."

I have never, never had a good experience with them. I have never asked a single question of Quest by e-mail, phone, or in person that they answered. My last question to them was via e-mail, "How can I get my results without signing up for a MyQuest account?" They sent me a two page step-by-step guide on how to set up a MyQuest account. It's what I have come to expect from Quest. They have never failed to ignore me."

"I went here without an appointment (I was told no appointment necessary). It took a second to find it. It's in the back of the Safeway to the left of the pharmacy. When I arrived, the check-in kiosk told me there was no more availability, but I could wait on the standby list. I selected that option and was seen right away! The staff there was efficient and friendly. Overall, it was a good experience. I'm taking off one star for the check-in kiosk since it implies you need an appointment even though online I was told the opposite, and the location is a bit hidden."
