"Multiple reviews have confirmed that the male receptionist is unfit to serve people. He is obstructive, condescending and rude, interjecting in conversations and slandering other Nexus locations/offices. Further, I tried to phone this location multiple times regarding my Nexus application. I was always met with an answering machine and my messages were never answered. Finally, on a government website there was a statement about being ableto walk-in to this location for Part 2 interview. I cannot seem to find it now so it may have been changed/updated but to any that stumble upon this information, it is incorrect! No walk-ins allowed at this locations and a front line staff that will accuse you of trying to jump a line. All in all: an incorrect or outdated webpage and a staff that do not return calls (multiple messages left) cost me 4 hours of driving and a horrific customer service experience."

"The receptionist, the man who checks your documents before being called for an interview, was the only person who was very rude. He doesn't seem to know what documents are required and wants to boss around. The other agents were very nice and helpful. Everything was done in less than 15 minutes. The date of the experience was Feb 12, 2024, around 9:40 AM. I am giving 5 stars because of all the other nice agents."

"Had my nexus interview here. The US officer was great. I would not say the same to the officer from other side who logicalessly presume guilt (breaking immigration laws) until proven innocent. Very unprofessional."

"I visited the office a few days ago to update my Nexus information after relocating from Canada to the US as a permanent resident. Approximately 10 people were in line, and there were three open counters, each staffed by two ladies and a man. Unfortunately, the man at the counter I approached displayed rudeness and disinterest in assisting me. Despite this initial encounter, he accepted my documents and instructed me to wait. After a period, he called me back and successfully updated my information in the Nexus system. It was apparent to me that the ladies at the other counters were friendly and communicated information respectfully to customers. I strongly believe that individuals working in front office positions should undergo proper training to ensure they treat the public with respect, as they essentially represent their employer. If employees are unable to uphold these standards, they may not be suitable for front office roles."

"Surprised at how smooth and efficient the process was! The officers here are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind in helping us with a lot of questions we had about name changes and applying for a newborn baby nexus pass! The location was easy to get to from the border with lots of parking spot and a great waiting area! Was very nice to have both Canadian and US border officers side by side to do the interview process. We also learnt that you can update your information at this office at the front window without making an appointment :)"
