When a contractor sets an appointment, and stands you up, this says volumes about their character. No phone call, or text letting us know they weren't going to bother to come. When are these guys going to learn in this age of the public checking reviews before hiring, that they are shooting themselves in the foot by demonstrating such unprofessional behavior. The person answering the phone didn't even recognize their own business name at first when I asked if I had reached this company.
