"Was required to get a drug test before starting my new job and they wanted me to come here. This place is AWFUL. I had an appointment scheduled for 12:10pm and it’s 12:50pm and still not ready. I get things run behind schedule, but the one person they have working isn’t communicating at all. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if it’s an hour late and you might not even be seen during their “drug screening” hours? (7am-1pm). The procedure here is unorganized and not efficient at all. If your employer asks you to do a drug test here, I would highly recommend asking if you can do it ANYWHERE else. Save your time and energy."

"I went here to do my pre-screening assessment and Quest Diagnostics is located on the left side of the 2531 building. Basically, you take the left stair and then go straight you will see the clinic. It has quick self-checking machine and I was out in less than 15mins. Quick, professional services."

"Do not use the “Wait outside” doesn’t seem to work as the employee implied that I missed my appointment when I came in when messaged. Took an hour to be seen for a scheduled appointment. These places are so exploitative of labor. There’s always one person running tests and troubleshooting the tablet based check in process for every person that came in. They’re always behind because they’re alone. The guy here today had to check in their deliveries as well. Hopefully my guy is getting paid for front desk work as well."

"Make sure you have an appointment and the QR code ready to scan when you check in. It’s just phlebotomists in there and no customer service. They’re knocking out the blood draws as quick as they can. There was a guy in there who had some sort of appointment window that closes at 2:00, and he wasn’t ready with his QR code, and it was messy for him. He caused my appointment to be a little late, but I was in and out."

"Was directed here for a company drug test, normally I would go to an urgent care or my provider for this but what corporate says, you have to do. I attempted to make an appointment on their website only for their site to not function at all. There is no way to progress in the website once you reach "choose a location". I tried on phone, computer, and my friends computer as well as a computer at my work, completely non functioning website. So, I thought I could call to see if I could get some help or maybe make an appointment over the phone. Nope. Their phone has no options for an operator, no way to talk to anyone. So I decided to drive and make an appointment for myself in person, well, they don't have anybody in a front desk position. The check in is automated, and making an appointment works exactly the same on site as it does on the website. Barely functional and extremely long wait times once I was able to make a walk in appointment. If your work makes you come here for anything, fight it. Go anywhere else"
