Wilson's Furniture

"Wilson's Furniture is not great. I bought a new chair, loveseat and couch two months ago and keep getting poked by the pointy end of feathers they use to stuff the cushions. Very disappointing for new furniture and overpriced for what it is. I would advise choosing some other place."

"My husband and I ordered a Stanton couch on Nov. 15th, 2023. Today is Jan. 8th 2024 and we have no couch and no timeline of when we will have a couch. We were quoted 4-6 weeks and never got a single update until I started calling to get I information after the 4 week mark. At that time, the person(s) I spoke to had no idea, and frankly that’s how the process has gone for the last three weeks. There is minimal contact info for Stanton and the number provided doesn’t give any options for customer service. Our couch cost $3200, I have paid approximately half of that and honestly do not want to pay another dollar. I understand there have been 3 holidays (as our sales rep Stephanie pointed out to me), but there have also been more than 60 business days in addition to those holidays. I’m not sure what the issue is and I’m gathering Wilson’s does not either as we can’t get any reasonable updates from them when we call. Clearly one can see how disappointing and frustrating this would be for a customer. It would behoove Wilson’s to create a better communication system between them and their suppliers and the business and it’s customers. I went to Wilson’s so I could buy local but there are other furniture stores I can buy from in the future; as such, I won’t be giving Wilson’s any business in the future, nor will anyone I know."

"Nice store and large selection. The sales guy that approached us was fine. Thankfully, he wasn't pushy. Their "sale" prices aren't great, though. they're just the regular prices of the same products you can buy elsewhere, and sometimes for less. That was certainly the case for their New Year Sale. Everything was marked up, and then, for the "sale," they listed "lower" prices. But even then, we ended up finding the same lamps and a fireplace for less online. I did buy a couple of custom upholstered arm chairs from them, and the quality of those was excellent!!! Really loved their selection of outdoor furniture and plan to shop there when the weather warms up."

"The delivery guys were awesome! Very personable and professional. Sales staff were rather unenthusiastic, not very friendly. It didn’t seem busy but who knows what I couldn’t see. So far the items we bought are great."

"We had some problems with the manufacture of our furniture when it arrived bent, with much patience and endurance, We tried to resolve the problem with them to no avail. Bill finally stepped in and refunded our money. He was wonderful to work with, and we turned around and picked out a different couch from a different manufacturer at the Wilson store because of their service. Thank you Bill."
