"Really disappointed in these folks. Had a pretty detailed bid with a couple of house visits to have a area of hardwood floor redone with slate and tile flooring. After the job was over got a invoice for $300 above what we had agreed upon and no phone caller explanation prior to receiving the invoice. Very poor customer service. Had a second job for them of a hardwood floor refinish project, obviously they will not be considered for that job. I really appreciated the follow up from Brandon on this made me feel much better about their business practices, I would certainly consider them again."

"Morris Floors installed new flooring in our guest bath, and also remodeled our primary bath with a bathtub to walk-in shower conversion. Our bathroom turned out perfectly, and the process was painless due to Michael S.'s coordination. It was a big job that included structural changes, new flooring and countertops, and a new walk in tile shower, as well as the installation of a linen cabinet. I was a little intimidated by the color and material selection process, and Michael was a great help with that. We needed it to be ADA friendly, with seating and grab bars. The end result is just what we wanted. I was especially impressed with Mike's level of communication. He not only kept things moving smoothly; he kept us updated about any developments and was always available to answer any questions. The owner Brandon was personally involved, as well, and we were made to feel that our needs were a priority. Those who worked on the project were all skilled, professional and personable. We will not hesitate to hire Morris again and highly recommend them."

"I was not disappointed from the high reviews left on goggle!! From the estimator Mike, to the installer Ethan, to the owner Brandon, high quality work at every step of the process. We had our entire small 1220 ft2 home refloored with a mixture of waterproof vinyl planking to a few rooms of quality carpet and padding. It was completed in a 2wk process overseen by Brandon who was an excellent commicator and manager. Even the carpet installers Mac and Carter performed excellent work without flaw being very courteous. Based on this, I rate the company a 10+ being very satisfied! I would not hesitate in recommending this company for your flooring needs."

He has indepth knowledge of flooring and he is extremely patient with answering questions.
