Surprise, it stops working almost immediately, and surprise, they won't exchange when I make it back 4 days later (including Christmas Eve and day). Honestly I understand the room for abuse there is around returns, but it's irresponsible to knowingly continue selling a product that fails at an incredibly high rate, and poor business to not make it right when given the chance."
