"This is my main shop I will frequent for my smoking odds and ends. This includes things like: butane gas, rolling papers, lighters, torch lighters, and FRESH, never stale cigarettes!! The owner Joe is super friendly and very knowledgeable of the industry. I am always greeted with a warm hello and a smile. The store is clean, very orderly, making it easy to find things I'm looking for. If he doesn't have it in stock he's always offering and willing to try to pull the item in for you through his vendor. These days there aren't many small businesses out there that are willing to go that extra mile for their customers. I will continue shopping here at Smokin' Sam's on 164th in Lynnwood, to show my support of our local small businesses. Stop by if your in the area and take a look."

"The guy who runs this place 99.9% of the time is an expert in customer service. I hope people recognize this and can be more like him, whether that be during work or just how people act in general- specifically towards someone who only knows how to follow the rules even if it makes nobody want to be friends with them or especially more specifically work with them; consequently, they become miserable. He uses common sense along with bending some of the "rules" other shops or stores have, and uses his brain to assess the situation so that both he and his customer are happy and are most likely to return. The only negative thing is it closes at 7 pm!!!!! :("
