"My rating is solely based on my most recent purchase of the infamous Berry Chantilly cake. I've purchased this cake (at this location) many times and this is the first time I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the cake. The cake itself was beautiful upon pick up but after leaving it on the counter top during dinner (I'd say 2ish hours, so a total of ~3 hours room temperature) cutting into the cake wasn't smooth like it always is. It was hard...like frozen. After serving it to our guests and birthday boy (we ate only a quarter of the cake), I realized that the berries inside the cake were frozen solid. In all honesty, totally edible but it lacked the sweetness from the berries and was replaced with icy crunch. That's not the most disappointing part. After packing it up and storing it in my fridge, I was excited to eat my leftover cake, 2 days later. But I couldn't! Not only did the frozen berries melt, it made the cake SO SOGGY, I immediately threw it out. A nearly $40 cake in the trash. I don't know what happened and why you would think a cake with fresh berries would survive being in the freezer without ruining the cake part. Again, truly disappointing experience and it makes me very hesitant to get another cake from here because I can only imagine the disappointment of the birthday boy biting into his SOGGY left over birthday cake! It's quite embarrassing on my end as well, since I RAVED about this cake!"

"Super clean and nice Whole Foods. The parking lot seems on the smaller side but there's always a spot that doesn't seem too far away. Self checkout is kinda on the small side but flows. Automated shopping carts are fantastic!"
