"I have been coming here since November of 2023. I have severe acne and I’m trying to clear it up. I was super nervous when I first came in because I had never been to a tanning salon and wasn’t sure what to expect. Ari (the manager) set me up with my account and got me going with everything I would need. Showed me all the ropes etc. She was so sweet and polite to me throughout the whole process. Every time I come in for my treatments, every one that I have met that works at this location has been so friendly and patient with me and all my questions. They are always very accommodating to what I’m concerned about (I burn very easily and have very sensitive skin). I’ve met a few other workers like Ellie, Maicy and Peyton (along with others whom I’m not sure their names) but they have all been so nice and sweet. They have made my experience very pleasant. My acne is finally starting to go away after 4 years of dealing with it leaving scars and even the scars are leaving. I’m so glad I’m able to finally see some light at the end of the tunnel but also with the help of the very friendly and caring staff at this Desert Sun location! (And it’s also always so super clean here!!)"

"This is the worst store I have ever been to! One employee tells you one thing about a product you can add for a lower amount and tells you that you can get it the next time you come in. Then the employee that’s there that night tells you no! Every employee tells you something different than the last. Unfortunately due to my work schedule I can’t get to the location until between 8 and 8:30. I just wanted to spray tan and she tells me I can’t because she has to deep clean. Should closing procedures be done AFTER closing so customers can utilize what they have paid for during the hours of operation? I am not going to pay $80 a month for services I can’t receive when I can get there. I used to love desert sun and have been a customer for over 10 years. I immediately cancelled my subscription and will find other options."

"I had the pleasure of working with Isabell, she was very nice and informed and with my limitation was able to set me up with the stand up bed and yes I tried it and I couldn’t be more pleased."

"So grateful for the knowledgeable staff. Was able to get a full cocoon session in, which OMG a try it!!! Love their availability of bed options! Plenty of services for anyone. & ADA rooms, which a lot of places really don’t have."
