"Services are great if you can ever get in. I’ve had multiple appointments canceled on me. I am wife, mom and business owner. My schedule is tight and it is their policy that as a client I loose my pre-paid service for cancelling last minute but I’m never accommodated when they cancel on me. I’ve tried rescheduling several times after my last appointment was canceled on me, day of, but am placed on hold for 10+ minutes every time I call. They offered to schedule via text but never follow through with actually scheduling the appointment. Don’t waste your time or money."

"Most uncomfortable and bizarre massage session I’ve ever had. The use of lotion was very excessive, the whole massage was very disorganized and uncomfortable, he “massaged” my arms and legs for literal seconds, and although used a good pressure did not professionally massage anything. I’ve had a great massage last time I was there but that guy has left apparently. When I politely told the receptionist my experience she gaslit me and said “well he has 17 years of being in this industry” and “you did ask for light to medium pressure maybe that’s why” when the pressure wasn’t the problem he just pushed on random parts of my back most of the time. He also used a hot towel on my throat and ears for no reason and I’ve never had that happen. Came home feeling disgusting and had to shower just to get the lotion buildup off. Horrible experience."

"**Buyer Beware!!!** Do NOT sign up for their monthly massage services! They will gladly take the $80 out of your account and NEVER let you use the sessions. I have had 4 appointments cancelled the day of the appointment due to “the therapist not showing up” save your money and go elsewhere!"

"I'm a repeat client with Hand and Stone and am never disappointed. The front desk is always so courteous and thoughtful. I like that they are properly staffed and I never have to wait to check in and out. I appreciate the consistency in the facial service that I receive. Even if I see a different provide I can count on getting the same great product, in a very similar manner. There is never any pressure to purchase extra product and the providers are always helpful and willing to educate and share samples. The one thing I would like is if the rooms were a little more relaxing, more "spa-like". I feel it's just too bright to relax."
