"A family member cut my kids hair "funny" we took him here to try to fix it and before I knew it she just shaved all his hair off!! And charged me for it.. do not get your haircut here.."

"I had a terrible experience here. They did hair wash and haircut for me. Firstly, their hair washing machine is so bad it even made me back ache. Also, the lady who washed my hair is couching all the time. I don’t wanna be so mean so I just ignore it. But her hands are so rough and it hurts my scalp. Then, she didn’t even lift my head up when she needs to wash underneath my hair. Imagine you have to lift your head up while your head are down. Damn it is so uncomfortable. The shampoo they use is so low in quality that my hair even gets sticky after washing. Damn the lady who does haircut for me was zero experience and it looks like my hair was partly eaten by mice. I can’t count how many times she hurts my forehead with comb when she tries to comb my hair. Lastly, all the hair dryer, hair cut tools are so cheap and can’t imagine why they are opening a salon with such low quality products and tools and zero experience. This is the worst experience in my whole life and I have never been to any salon as one-tenth bad as theirs."

"It was my first time for hair cut at this salon. The haircut was fine, but the lady who did it absolutely had no manners. She was constantly talking with other ladies, and at the end, during payment, she was weird, asking me in an angry way to sign the receipt with no goodbye. Not recommended because they lack respect."

"I really love these sweet Ladies that cut my hair here. I’ve had everyone of them by now do my haircut cut at different times I’ve been there and they are all just as good. I will say they are 1 million percent professional at doing my hair. Everytime I come in by that time my hair is already shaggy again because it grows fast and I always joke with them about it lol.
