"Toady (7/16/23) went in to get my carton of cigarettes. Dude (skinny redhead) told me it would be 110.00, I kindly let him know that he has rung them up wrong. And let him know that discount card doses not work on cartoons, but doses work when you ring you by pack, dude got a attitude, and told me that he would not ring them up this way again. I asked for my card back and and left. I will not be back. This dude needs to remember, that he is there to make sure the customers happy. Giving attitude towards a customer, is not a good way to keep customers. Update: 07/30/23 as i have chosen to go to someone else for my carton of smokes. I drove down the street, and found then. so with out a discount card, I paid 103.00 and was asked to come back in the next day for a discount card. and that i intend to do. at this time i do thank that Smokers Zone is RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!! 110.00 with a discount card or 103.00 with out a discount cart at another place.. HMMMMMMM..... Update: 8/10/23, I returned for the second location, and again i was treated with respect from the guy that was working the counter. The guy let me know that there was no discount card, but I could just enter my phone number and I would get a discount. A carton of Marlboro's was 99.00 better then the last place where they was 110 a carton. Smokers Zone is RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!"
