"The lady cut off my long natural nails completely after I told her I just wanted a little bit of a trim. She said “half?” I said no, just a little bit. Then she cut them all off on one hand so there was barely any white left. I was livid - it takes me months to grow my nails this long and I’m so careful not to break them. Then to “fix them” they added tips, which feel extremely flimsy and loose. I have had tips before and this feels not normal. They look fine, but feel horrible and I am concerned if I keep them I’m going to further break my natural nails. I’m so upset and will NEVER be returning here again. Complete waste of my $80 and it’ll take forever for my nails to grow back to what they were before she butchered them."

"I’ve been coming here since they opened. Kim is the main nail tech and owner who does most of the beautiful designs. The location is convenient, extremely clean, well maintained and relaxing. Staff is extremely kind, and nail techs care about attention to detail. Please call in to schedule your appointment especially around the holidays. They are short staffed and usually do welcome walk ins if available. I wish I had better pictures of all the interesting designs and colors I’ve tried."
