"Very bad service, i went there 23rd of July 2023 at 3:15 pm and I couldn't buy wine because the Asian employee didn't know Norway is a country? I showed her my boarding pass but she tried to make up weird excuses why I couldn't buy wine. You should fire her because you loose money! Avoid!"

"The employee did not seal my (overpriced) alcohol which cost $320USD! I couldn't take it through security at my connecting flight. It's also been really hard to reach out to customer service for any help about it."

"I just bought alcohol duty-free. The employees didn’t tell me. They use my boarding pass but didn't tell me I can’t take it when I need to transfer the flight. So yeah I lose money. $300. Because in Japan I can’t take them with me. They were supposed to be in a STEB, special certified bag. Narita Airport Reps told us the Duty Free Store should have bagged it and alerted the airline."

"This review is based on staff alone. Not only unhelpful but notably rude, one employee in particular working in the fragrance section seemed to be blatantly trailing a few feet behind customers including myself eyeing them suspiciously for no apparent reason and completely violating their personal space. It made everyone visibly uncomfortable and many left the store. I’ve never left a review anywhere before but the entire thing was so odd and off putting Duty Free is unfortunately the first exception, can’t say I’ve ever experienced anything like it or will be going back again."
