"Always excited to drive over and get my eyebrows done with Melissa. She is very accommodating and asks questions to really help you get the results you’re hoping for. I enjoy chatting with her, she is always engaging, respectful, and kind. See the attached photos of my eyebrows a few days after treatment from full eyebrow treatment (brow lamination, dye, tweezing, and shaping). I tend to go for a more dramatic defined look, so of course there are more options as well such as no tint etc :-)"

Thought I was going to a business but it’s at her house which isn’t a problem but she opens the door with a robe on looked like she just literally got out of bed and then told me to wait across the street at Petco until she was ready for me and then comes out taking out the trash with her apron on. Please beware who your letting do work on you. She seems a little off. RUN DONT BOOK WITH HER AND SHES A LAIR. WHO Shows up to rob a person with an infant?? Told you she’s off don’t let her do any work for you."

Melissa is very flexible and goes above and beyond to try to accommodate my busy schedule for a time that works for us both. She has a totally reasonable and common cancellation policy, which by the way is made very clear when you schedule a service with her and agree to the cancellation policy. As a self-employed professional, communication is vital and she loses money and time when clients fail to adhere to the policy. I also find Melissa so helpful and kind.
