"I’ve been loyal to this salon for several months. It is clean, staff is friendly, and they generally do a good job. At the last appointment, Tammy was rushed, rough and sloppy, nicking my skin with the drill on four separate fingers. As I was leaving, she said, “Sorry about what happened, but it is your fault. Your fingers were not relaxed enough.” I can and do regularly forgive an occasional ding with the drill, but this session bordered on abuse. I would have quietly not returned, but the gaslighting blaming me for the physical damage inflicted left me writing this review to warn others."
