"Lauren was great... We discussed all I need to know and I purchased the thirty day unlimited visits.. That my skin tone should use The Gold Machine...Lauren was more than great... Loved talking with her... I bought an enhancer lotion she thought was best for me and my experience was good. Very clean room and bed... Be back tomorrow and trying to do every 2to3 days .. Long drive for me, but I'm happy and will do it... See you tomorrow!!!!"

"The woman who took care of me explained all my options for packages and where I could get the most value from my time frame before I travel. I felt like I got the best value for what my needs were instead of having to pay for stuff I wasn't going to be able to use. I have always considered paying for tanning to be wasted money but I have no regrets spending the money I did because of the knowledgeable employee who helped me."

"The cleanliness and customer service has really nosedived. The one staff member they have working will spend 5-10 seconds effortlessly wiping the beds between sessions. The staff isn’t able to answer questions about how their products or services work. Do not buy eye protection here. The cheap plastic they sell doesn’t block any light out and will leave your retinas ablaze."

"Courtney was so sweet and patient with me when I went in for my first visit. I had a lot of questions and she was very helpful. She was the only attendant at the front when I came in and there were a lot of people in line, but she stayed calm and polite. I’m not sure if there was someone else on break or just not available to help in the 10-20 minutes I was there, but that would be my only recommendation to Desert Sun. Providing additional help at the front so one person isn’t bombarded would be better for the customers and your employees. As for the establishment itself, the bed and room I used was clean and ready to go. It was nice to just be able to use it when I was ready and not have to clean myself. I would recommend to others."
