"There was a woman working in the pharmacy yelling at us and she did not care what we were asking. She did not even give us what we had a prescription for and she was very rude."

"It's so surprising that this store has such low reviews, but it isn't surprising once you've visited. Cashier was on his phone at the register while I was waiting to be helped for 5 minutes."

"Terrible experience. We took our son for a shot (who has never been afraid of shots) and since coming here for his flu shot, is now terrified of it. The person who gave the shot didn't ask if he was ready, and while distracting the child from the shot, jabbed our child with it and generally was very non-chalant about the whole thing. What was needed was more patience, empathy. Not "let's get this over with by distracting/tricking the child with some balloons on the wall.""

"My early 20’s son is terminally ill with 6-18 months estimated per his oncologist at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. He ran out of Oxycodone so his oncologist called in an order to this Walgreens. The staff and pharmacist refused to fill the prescription. He did become upset as he was in pain and last thing he wanted to do was deal with their attitude and discrimination towards him. I called and they said the only way they would dispense the oxy would be if the doctor called and then his mom or I pick it up. Neither of us were in the area and it would be hours before she could get it. Doctor called it in to a different pharmacy and my son went to pick it up. That pharmacist for whatever reason had to call Walgreens for information and Walgreens tried to talk this pharmacist out of dispensing the oxy. Thankfully this new pharmacist had enough intelligence to understand the situation and dispensed the oxy to him. I would definitely not ever use Walgreens again for any products - to treat a terminally ill military veteran like this is truly disgusting."

"It’s understandable that the pharmacy gets busy at times. However not acknowledging clients at all while walking back and fourth avoiding eye contact is unacceptable. Please coach to at least acknowledging the client and directing someone to help. When a product is already ready for pickup it shouldn’t take 20 minutes."
