"The younger black employee who usually works late nights is the reason for 1 star. Lazy, rude and has 0 social skills. Always tell you to hurry up and that he has to go to the bathroom. every single time im in there and take more than 2 minutes."

"WARNING ONLY USE CASH HERE. DO NOT USE ATM EITHER. I went in to use the ATM, it had me put in my pin and then displayed a really quick message. No explanation, no printed receipt. Nothing. The two guys behind the counter acted like they had no clue and scattered. When I got to my friend's nearby and mentioned it. He said the ATM is always "broken" that way. And customer service is terrible. I guess they don't need to care. Do not use their ATM. This store is extremely sketchy, avoid it at all costs. Or ONLY use cash here!"

"This franchisee never has or honors the advertised deals. Never has hot food avaliable and some employees are extremely rude. I was not asked for if u had the 711 app or a phone number to receive my points, I had to tell them and the employee seemed annoyed. They are not a good representation of 711."

"Absolutely horrible experience as we got 2 biscuits we sausage and it was not after we paid, the cashier told us the microwave doesn’t work. And he wouldn’t let us switch to the breads with the same price. The cashier has a horrible attitude which is not worth a visit. I would appreciate him if he told us the microwave doesn’t work. Our car is doing inspection, otherwise we would visit any place for a quick food instead of this terrible 7-11 store. He waited for us to pay, then tell us the microwave doesn’t work. Would not recommend, trashy owner."
