"I've been sitting at the drive up window for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. I've been in line for 45 minutes and they only helped 1 person. I can understand being short staffed, but it is ridiculous to.completely ignore customers. I'm switching my pharmacy after this."

"Went in to pick up one of clients medications who is not capable of doing so themselves. The man who’s name was Morgan was extremely rude. This happened a couple weeks ago and it’s still bothering me. He was really impatient and rude and when asked to confirm my clients phone number it took me a minute to find it because I don’t have it memorized and I kept feeling the need to apologize to him because he was making me feel uncomfortable and tells me “not my problem I’m paid by the hour” and pulls his phone out acting as if I’m taking to long and how professional is that to even whip your phone out on the job in front of a customer???? I don’t know how he still has a job their with how he is to the customers!!!"
