"Scam at its best. Weeks out for delivery for water but yet I'm still being charged for a rental fee for having the dispenser that I can't even use? They won't supply the water for several weeks so why am I being charged for something I can't use? Makes no sense, my company is nationwide with these accounts and I'll be making this very vocal within my company meetings to get these accounts closed."

"We’ve been trying to get water since July 8 it is now July 23rd. Was told I’d get a call back and have not. But given an address for pickup for my 85 year old Mom. May have to stay in town an extra day to go retrieve her some water."

"Completely unreliable service. And to make matters worse, employees can't seem to figure out how to provide each other with proper coverage. Every time I call, it's excuses and promises of a delivery in a couple days. Promises they can't deliver on, apparently... I understand that supply chain is glitchy right now, however, if you can't deliver what we contracted you for, you need to communicate that you won't be able to deliver so my site can take measures to cover our needs. We were supposed to get a delivery THREE weeks ago. I've followed up several times. It's too bad there isn't another water bottle delivery service in the area - it's unfortunate that such a mediocre company has a monopoly."

"Actual star rating: 5 stars for the water, tastes great. 3 1/2 stars for the customer service which is fine once you manage to actually get ahold of someone. Lots of paperwork to get an account compared to Sierra Springs (which is also cheaper) but I understand that they are a smaller, locally run company. The first dispenser we received leaked and part of the plastic cover came off when you opened it but they were prompt in getting back to me and send someone out the next day to replace it. Water is delivered on time. 0 Stars for the billing department. I filled out a form to have my credit card auto-billed and every single month the bill comes showing it's overdue. Each month I call to confirm that they do indeed have my credit card info and Gabby tells me that yes, she's just behind with the billing. She assures me she will do it in the next couple days. Now my latest bill shows 3 months of overdue bills. Get your act together Gabby! This is no way to run a business. I'm busy running my own and don't have time to call you every month. I'll adjust this review if things change but won't be holding my breath."

"The reliability of service is terrible. My business has weekly delivery. I was given a calendar with the delivery dates clearly marked. I have had the service for 3 months now and have had only 2 weeks where I didn't have to call because our delivery day was missed and we were out of water. if I gave my clients the same service I would be out of a job."
