The prices seem reasonable considering I don't often buy alcohol. The people there have always been nice and helpful. It's been my store now for several years."

"Only have recently come here cause it's closest to me. Literally every other liquor store I've been to has had better customer service. I love going to the exit 16 liquor. Love the troutdale location, love tabacco outlet in gresham, and love gresham liquor. The employees are always complaining to each other and don't care to talk to customers at all. Every time I've been here which has been about 4 times in the last few months, always feels like they don't care to talk or anything. They just wanna get your transaction done and I feel like an inconvenience to them. Every time I don't work late I avoid this location. Cashiers always seem super unhappy and are too distracted to talk or notice you. This store has a decent selection of liquor. Always plenty of parking here. I only come here for convenience but I hate coming here honestly. I never feel welcome."
