"Unbelievably slow prescription times. 6+ hours and still waiting. You can call but they’ll just keep clicking the hold button, putting you in an endless loop. A few years ago, the wait time was never more than a half hour or so. Unacceptable if you ask me. The worst part is I used to be able to call and ask for them to get it ready for me so I wouldn’t have to wait so long but no such luck the last few times I’ve had to deal with this horrible pharmacy"

"I cannot stress enough how completely awful this pharmacy is. The pharmacist there does her best, but overall you will wish you never decided to fill here. The other workers there will wish it too. In particular, the women working the counter with black hair with color in it. She’s the rudest person I ever spoke to and simply can’t do her job. I’ve been driving out there every other day TRYING to just pick up a prescription. The first time it was my doctor needs to send a new prescription. Second time, they said my coupon doesn’t work. Third time, they said their system was down. I’m shocked at the business they’re trying to run there."

"Normally I wouldn’t say anything, but I’ve had numerous experiences with one pharmacist at this location that need to be addressed. She is a bigger lady, on the younger side with black hair that has blue strands in it. Around a month ago I was attempting to get my adderal prescription refilled which can be quite the process because not all locations have it in stock all of the time. For this reason, I had my doctors switch my regular Walgreens location(this Walgreens) to a different one that actually had my medication in stock, which they promptly did. After calling this Walgreens to make sure that it was switched, as my doctor had done with proof, this pharmacist said she would switch it for me. After showing up to the Walgreens location that was correct, they told me that this pharmacist actually did not switch it over. Again I waited on hold till she picked up the phone and then again told me she would switch the pharmacy. After I check back with my new pharmacy and they tell me she still hasn’t done it (it had been a day and she said she was doing it right then and there) I decided to drive there and speak to her face to face. When I get to the window I tell her my situation and after some unprompted backtalk from her I finally get her to switch over the pharmacy, it took her about 30 seconds to do so. Just today, I show up there because a different pharmacist said they had my medication in stock. Again to my disappointment it was the same incompetent worker at the window, she wouldn’t give me the prescription, claiming that her Walgreens along with all other Walgreens would not fill my order because it was out of stock everywhere. At this point I didn’t trust her at all so I called a different Walgreens and low and behold! They had my medication in stock. Overall, this woman should fired, and choose a new career that wont take much brain power. The manager needs to do something about this."

"I love this store and pharmacy. There's always someone available to help that's knowledgeable about the store and its goods. What I look for is generally in stock, and if it's not out, but there's a shelf label, they unfailingly are willing to go to the back and look for it. The pharmacist comes to the window rapidly if there's any issue or concern. The pharmacy staff are incredibly helpful, always greet me with a smile, know my name, and are on top of it! The cashiers are friendly and efficient and genuinely seem to care about the folk going through their line. Ancillary? staff are remarkable about opening another register when the line grows long. I'm grateful for this neighborhood store."
