"I went in for the first time. My bf mistakenly told me to get a bong stem. I asked if I had the wrong size and don't use it ..can I bring it right back for exchange. The guy said no. I immediately thought I should walk because things happen. But it's a ways down the road from me and I seen a bing similar to my bf and it was the same said and the bong in the store. I'm upset. Now I have a bong stem I don't need because what I actually needed is the bowl ! There was a lot of glass products in the store great variety of beer and vapes as well. Definitely a cute little shop with about anything you need smoke related. The guy seemed nice. Should make exceptions for exchanges though. That almost $10 I now have to sit on and because of that won't buy the bowl right now. So bummer. I will go in if I know exactly what I'm getting !"

"I've only been there once but it's awesome. Very clean and huge variety. It was almost a culture shock walking inside. It just seems normal from the outside & you walk in and its like WOW! plus great service, the young lady working there has great customer service & I remembered her from smoke town, on her 1st cpl day's there, so it was really cool to see how much she's grown in comparison to last time a I saw her. She is confident and knowledgeable, with a smile & helpful, which is aways appreciated."
