"The tall gentleman with glasses was so amazingly kind and helpful. i was in the humidor while my wife was checking out her vapes, but she told me he was very nice and even suggested an item that wasn’t visible on the counters. I also asked about the cigars and he was so knowledgeable about them and suggested to me one of his personal favorite smoke. All in all amazing experience again. Thank you!!!"

"Great place to shop for gifts, tobacco, and vape gear. The proprietor sold me a nice Vape and it quit working a couple weeks later. Store would have took it back with the receipt but I had already lost that so I was hoping just going in there and talking to the guy and explaining my situation might get him to overlook that policy. He checked it out and said he found water damage which they usually don't refund, I had no receipt, and they didn't even have any items left in stock to match the one I had bought. So he goes to a closet and grabbed another Vape out of there, one nicer than the one I bought but used & still in the box. Told me it was his own personal Vape but that I could have it and he hoped I had better luck. As far as the Vape so far so good and as far as the business I'll definitely return. Next time I'll hang on to the receipt tho ;)"
