"Great customer service! Jasmine was super helpful in helping my daughter switch out her recently pierced earrings. She patiently answered all my questions and was very thorough. Elona also helped answer our questions. Both of them were very friendly!"

"oved down. The manager didn't even bother to come over and ask the employee that was actually working with us what we were waiting for just told her to leave and go help another customer. This completely ruined my daughters experience. Ruined the alignment of her piercing. And on top of everything was basically telling us that you're not allowed to take your time and make sure your piercing is accurate because we are an inconvenience to Claire's because the philosophy is to get everyone in and out as quick as possible. I'm appalled by the fact that she wouldn't have even asked her own employee, the one helping us, what we were waiting for or what was going on. We were finally at the point where all we needed was to do the piercing as we just spent all that time getting the spacing just right for her to destroy everything. What is the point of even doing piercings if you don't care if they are accurate? And what is the point of making appointments? If you're only allowed five minutes total and just have to rely on what your store manager wants versus the customer. I'm saddened and so disappointed. Save yourself the hassle and go to a real piercer!"

"I had gotten both ear lobes pierced for $72 about a month & half ago. Never gotten my ears pierced before. I asked many questions to make sure. They informed me that I could take it off 3 weeks and put any earrings in no problem. My earlobe got infected and bled badly. I was told it was an infection weeks later."
