"I made an online appointment for a gel manicure and eyebrow wax with Mary because she has great reviews. She did not disappoint, I asked for St. Patrick's days nails with 3 different colors and asked if she could do a shamrock on one of them. She did an awesome job, I have very little nails and I know it's not easy but the shamrocks were perfect. She also did a great job at waxing my eyebrows, hands down the best I've found around here. Everyone in the salon was super kind and inviting. I highly recommend! Also, she asked me many times throughout the process if I liked the colors and shape of my nails, so I know if I didn't, she would have fixed it. I will return."

"I made an appointment here for my daughter to get her nails done before school starts back up. We were warmly greeted at the door and she was taken back to her chair right away. I was not planning on getting my own nails done (the struggle is real around the holidays, y'all), but I decided to treat myself too. Kelly did my nails, she's amazing! She did a fantastic, fast gel set, and was totally understanding of my awful dry nurse cuticles. We actually talked most of the time, which was fun! She is super funny, and definitely cheered me up a bit after a long stretch at work. Lisa did my daughter's nails, and she did a great job too, of course! My daughter had an awesome experience with her. The staff here is great, it's very comfortable and laid back, I never felt judged for my nails like I have at other salons here, and their prices are on point. 10/10 recommend!"

"My first visit here was in July and it was a great experience. My dipped nails looked great, my manicurist was friendly enough and cost was average. My only complaint would have been how little they would spend speaking in English to clients and instead chat amongst themselves in their own language, but that happens at a lot of places. My next visit was the complete opposite. The lady drilled off spots on my dipped nail color and then tried to tell me that it was supposed to be pink with white splotches. It wasn’t like that until she drilled too much off of some areas. To “fix” it, a different lady came over and painted a coat of gel polish on top and told me to give it some time to grow on me and come back later in the week if I still don’t like it and she would redo it all and she gave me 20% off my next visit to give them a second chance. It looked terrible, it was purple with a pink coat on top. You could still see the purple color all around the edges from the dip polish under the pink gel she put on top. I did not have the time or patience to come back again that week so I dealt with terrible looking nails for a few weeks before taking it off myself (it’s a long process). I finally got up the nerve to come in and redeem my 20% off recently and it was the worst nail experience of my life. I did not tell them of my previous experience or coupon and I wanted to see how it went and judge based on this visit. It started okay enough for my dip manicure, until the lady dipped my nails twice and then did not activate it before she started drilling for shape. When drilling she also kept clipping my skin badly on one finger and had to pause to get disinfectant for my finger and to try and stop the bleeding before moving on. No apology, nothing. Back to drilling, the polish started flying off in chunks, I’m guessing because it was never activated and hardened. So she dipped again and tried again, same. Then she moved me over to someone else’s station to continue. I could tell that lady could see what was wrong and she basically started all over. Did all the coats and such, drilled, more dips, more drilling. My normally 45-50 min service was now at 2 hours and I couldn’t believe when she announced she was done. I didn’t have that kind of time to waste when I stepped in and then to leave with my nails looking like a 3rd grader did them. The only good thing I can say is I liked the color. I left in pain and with a terrible nail job. The nails are misshaped, I wish the pictures showed better how lumpy and bad they looked. I had to use antibiotic ointment and keep my finger bandaged for 3 days before the redness and pain went away. I will never return, I should have paid better attention to the bad reviews because lots of the 5 star reviews look like bots and fake ones. The lady next to me was there for her first visit for a fill and manicure and I could hear her asking her lady to fix things over and over too. We left at the same time and she said she would never be back either."
