"Got my cartilage pierced today by Jakob. They were soo nice and did a great job. Best experience I’ve had getting pierced! Super happy with it!"
"I always loved lovissa from Australia, but after this specific store in alderwood mall my whole perspective has been changed . I had Worst experience with the manager, she has no manner to talk, earrings were stuck on the package when I took it to the store manager she took one out of it and when I tried taking out the another one it broke in the store . I told her to exchange but she said No she can’t because of hygiene issue. I tried explaining to her when she had to cut the packaging to take it out how can there be hygiene issues basically she sold me broken earrings and she was not even listening to me . Other earring broke infront of her and she didn’t care. she was so firm with no exchange or return policy. With this kind of customer service and these kind of dumb managers I don’t think this store will stay open for longer. Never visiting again."
"Avoid this store!! Cheap made jewelry not worth the price. I bought this necklace for $22.99 plus tax it came to $25.42 and it broke by the time I got home. It makes no sense how it broke when I was gentle with my purchase. I couldn’t get a refund because it was broken which I understand but I also couldn’t get an exchange. Never shop here!"
"Worst experience with the staff. If I could give a rating less then 1 I would have given that. The jewelry is good but the staff needs real improvement of how to deal with customers. I soon as I entered the shop the staff asked if you have a return or purchase, I said return. I went to the counter and there was a person behind me for purchase, so the staff took the purchase person before me to sell off the stuff first and I waited for my turn. And I was told I cant return or exchange as the manager has said so, where in it is no where mentioned on the receipt or the website. You cant say the customers the manager has refused the return or exchange, what world are you guys living in. I just left as it was a scene created trying to return something. In all horrible experience the staff needs good training and the policies for return should be clearly mentioned. People try to avoid this store, there are tons of stores and online stores for jewelry shopping which provide good and soothing experience."
"Horrible experience with staff. Jewelry is beautiful and nicely priced and there is quite a variety but this review is not about the product. Today I had the most horrifying experience of my entire life in a retail store. There were absolutely no signs that jewelry may not be tried on. The staff also didn’t say anything until I tried one earring on. The sales person had an excessively vengeful attitude that was mean, bordering evil. She was determined to humiliate and make a scene. She said that the store policy is that if you tried something on you must buy it because it is common sense that you should not try things on in case there was an infection present. I was not willing to purchase this pair of earrings because the earring could’ve easily been disinfected. She called security and held me in the store and continued to rant about common sense and how I needed to pay for these earrings. Her coworker joined without being invited and brought up stealing. She said there are no signs against stealing but stealing is still against store policy and it is common sense; therefore people should know better. Unfortunately she was talking to me and she was way off topic but to bring stealing into the picture was more than preposterous. At this point I felt the line was crossed because we were not talking about stealing and I clearly stated that I would have not tried that earring on had I known what the store policy was. Ultimately there were two security guards called to deal with me and they let me go but the vengeful sales person was not satisfied. She had to continue her display of power by telling me that I was not allowed to come back into the store for the remaining of the day. I would never again visit the store no matter how beautiful the merchandise is. I think the ownership and the management should know that this kind of attitude from a sales person is beyond unacceptable and I only wish that her tone and her words would have been made available to ownership to assess whether they want to be represented in this manner. I will say again that I have never been treated like this in a retail store and I am not exaggerating. I only wish that words would convey the severity of this situation."
