"I have to leave a review because Herbal Nails is such an awesome nail shop. The owner, Lilly, is always so vibrant with genuine good energy. Kathy, who did my nails, was fantastic. I have short nail beds, so it’s very hard to leave satisfied with my nails. I also like my nails thin and to look natural. I usually have to fight the nail tech to get anywhere near that, but not with Kathy. I didn’t have to remind her once, and I’ve never had my nails look more natural, thin, and beautiful. This experience with Kathy was the best I’ve ever seen my nails look. I truly am impressed. Bravo!"

"Great experience here! I haven’t had my nails done in years and recently started doing them again. The last place I went to I tried the gel dip. They turned out way too thick and the tech didn’t remove excess glue underneath from the tips she put on. So I decided to try out herbal nail. When I came in around 6pm, I wanted a fill but was confused on what type of nails I wanted (back when I was regularly doing my nails there was just acrylic for nail extension and gel polish was becoming popular). They eagerly helped me find the color I wanted and found equivalent colors in all the different types of nail extension options. While filing my polish off my tech quickly realized what I had gotten previously was gel dip and informed me I couldn’t get those filled and would need a new set. She helped me understand all the options/pricing and pick what was best for me without judgement or frustration. She then quickly got my acrylic set on and shaped perfectly. She paid a lot of attention to the thickness and touching up underneath my nails to not leave residue since these were my complaints from the previous nail place. My nails look amazing and she stayed 10 min after close without skipping any steps to make sure everything was done correctly and my nails were beautiful. I’m so thankful for this shop."
