"The jewelry is gorgeous, but this place definitely struggles during rush hour. My new engagement ring was quoted incorrectly, not including the stone in the insurance quote, which is about 80% of the value. Two rings sent in to be resized, one to be assembled, and one to be oiled. My ring that was sent in to be oiled was not finished in time, after being told that all rings would be done on this day. I can't pick it up tomorrow when it gets finished, as I have the entire day planned already. A notice for a delay would have been nice. The part that really upset me the most, is I had my silver chain sent for cleaning. It was put in the wrong solution that completely oxidized it, and they gave it back to me tarnished saying they don't have time to clean it. Definitely need to work on training and attention to detail."
"My husband purchased my wedding ring at Shane Co, and this year I wanted to get an anniversary band for my right hand. I called ahead and had some rings on hold so that I could make it a quick stop, I came on a Sunday night and they were swamped, but I still had exceptional service and a wonderful time. Philip was my hero, he is "Savoir Faire" (he knows his rings). He instantly got me, and now will always be my person at Shane! Philip knows of all things Vintage, and his taste was supreme. He went above what I had picked out and help find more options. There was no pressure to pick the most expensive, he let me decide and weigh the options and he was supportive and caring through the whole process. Then tonight when I came in to pick up the ring, he was there, just as excited as me to see the finished ring in rose gold and sized. It is FABULOUS! Thank you Philip and thanks Shane!"
"Complementing ShaneCo on the recent update interior, pleased to see that the building will look as professional as the staff are here. I highly recommend this Shane Co. near Lynnwood Mall. I really haven’t had a bad experience with any of the staff, all of them seem to be getting trained extremely well, and possess quality customer service along with a regularly changing selection of jewelry. It makes me happy as a customer to know that I am not getting something that tons of other girls have shopped before. I also think that the policies and expectations that they have of themselves and their customers is respectable. Special shout out to Sydney, she was a kind woman who knew how to be efficient and speak with customers. Hoping to bump into her more often."
