"After purchasing an Outdoors RV from a private buyer, I took it to Apache Camping Center to have camera's installed and was met by Morgan in the service department. I had some other questions about the trailer as well and he was most courteous and helpful. Even though the trailer wasn't purchased there, he took it upon himself to help with a particular maintenance issue attempting to get it resolved. When I picked up the trailer after getting the camera's installed, Morgan arranged for the service technician to come out and answer a few more of my questions regarding the trailer. They took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and did not attempt to rush through anything. It's very refreshing to have this kind of dedication and service! "Our experience so far with Apache has been well outside the norm for an RV dealer. We reserved our trailer (Flagstaff 21DS) at the Tacoma RV show and Colin was a good sport as I worked on getting the deal I wanted. Communication from both Colin and Darcey was very good leading up to the final purchase! I had lots of questions and they were all answered quickly. A lot of things had to line up to make all this work and Darcey in finance was 100% all over it. One major tell for whether an RV dealer is any good is how they react to you wanting to have an rv inspection before you buy. For Apache it was no issue and they set the RV up for me to spend 4 hours with Tim at Sound RV Inspections pouring over the trailer the day before we signed paperwork! We found nearly nothing wrong with the trailer which was a testament to Flagstaff and the work they are doing. But doing a pre purchase inspection was critical and Apache was great in facilitating that. Picking up the trailer went very smoothly and Morgan and his team in service came out to shake our hands and say thank you. I mean, it really was such a refreshing feeling to get old school “we want your business “ customer service. We can’t recommend Apache and Flagstaff enough. We have a few things left to work with them on the trailer, but I have no stress knowing we will be taken care of."
