Well ok, but what does that mean? I did not ask to make it customizable, so from my perspective it's not. The gentleman laughed at me, and made me feel incompetent in my question. I had a fair question asking about why I couldn't return a gallon of paint, and to understand why its "customizable", and got laughed at in return and he was unclear and not willing to help me understand. Never going to the Everett Home Depot again. You lost a customer."
