"Rawls is a Master Class in tree work. We had arguably one of the sketchiest and more difficult jobs you could ask of a tree crew. We had a 190’ Doug Fir that was less than ten feet from the home with the deck built around it. Rawls noted it may have been a top 5 for him. The tree was a danger to the home due to the massive branches that would fall due to wind or snow. As well as roots to the foundation. Once we had the okay to remove it Rawls was unbelievably quick helping us get this scheduled and ready and was fantastic helping us on the cost for this job. We needed I believe one of the biggest crane they could hire out and had to crane pieces over the home in 12-25’ pieces in tight quarters due to the road access and home location. The crane had to extend out some 80’ just to get to the tree. Not only was Rawls extremely helpful and professional, I talked with I believe just about his entire crew and they were all fantastic. Very nice and helpful. He and his crew clearly have a system in place that allows them to communicate extremely well throughout the process and know what to do. I could not believe how quickly they were able to handle this and a huge shout out to his climber who spent some 5 hours in the tree cutting these lengths to be lifted by the crane. Their cleanup was also impeccable. It was almost like they were never there. Rawls was fantastic helping us negotiate a price for this massive job and working tirelessly with the crane company on all the logistics of getting the crane there and set up for what he needed. I cannot recommend Rawls enough, especially if you have a trickier job like we did. I don’t think any other tree service in the area could’ve handle the job as well as they did, or even have the ability to take this on. The photos don’t even do it justice.
