"Apparently punctuality is critical with piercer Kali. We didn’t know they had a strict 10-min late policy. We were 13 min late and she turned us away, despite me apologizing and explaining it was my teen’s actual bday today and we came over from an island. She said she needs to value her own time. I get that, but a little empathy and flexibility would go a long way. We’ve been here in the past and they do quality work. But today was a huge disappointment and I’m unlikely to return."
