"Furnace died last night. Found the part I thought I needed… upon entering and asking for said part, the associate took the time, and several trips to the back, to verify the proper part. Once we realized they didn’t have what I needed she ran down the part, and had it put on hold for my pickup at their sister location. They really went above and beyond to help, and I have a working furnace as proof."

While I waited for them to test the old one another representative checked in to be sure I was being helped. Ended up not needing a new one. They made no money but still took the time to be sure I was helped."

"This place has everything if you are ever in a bind and need something fast. Every sales associate I have encountered is super nice and very helpful, which isn't typical for Fife part stores! Prices are a bit above average, but you pay for helpful service and parts that everyone else is out of! They have a nice ramp outside for oversized items. The only con to this place is it is hard to find because of all the tress along pac Ave in Fife. I enjoy doing business with these folks!"
