"Customer service is lacking and deli foods are cold! Said hello and have a great day to the cashier who was more interested in being on his phone and didn't care to reply. Got in the car and bit into one of the food items I bought from their food case and it was ice cold in the middle. Substandard 7-Eleven here!"
"I got humiliated from the owner today. I stopped by to play lotto & hit 5 and it was my first time in my life. I wanted to pick numbers so I filled the paper but accidentally marked number of draws without knowing the meaning. The owner ended up canceling and told me that "Don't play if you don't know." I thought I made a big mistake when he said that and I apologized. But it was super easy to cancel it. He gave me very bad attitude and I couldn't believe what he just said. I wanted to talk to him after the transaction but he left already. Everyone can make mistakes and it can be someone's first time. Listen owner ari, you are very rude, disrespectful, and disgusting! Shame on you!!!"
"Mostly a good store. I like this store, BUT Who was sorting the M&Ms ON THE FLOOR last night? Think it was NOT the guy in charge. I'm coming back, but we gotta learn a lot about GOOD HEALTHY PRACTICES all around."
"They had signs by chewing tobacco one sign said 7.26 per one said 7.01 per and it rang as 7.54 per. Cashier refused to honor the lowest charge. I asked for them to call the owner or manager they refused and stated they didn't care what the sign said so I was overcharged as I didn't want to go somewhere else and let my food in the car get cold."
"1/6/17 - appx 1:40 in the afternoon. Stopped to get some lottery tickets because it was on my way heading south. So no one was at the counter upon entering. Took probably two minutes before anyone came to the counter. Another customer had come in and used the ATM and left before he came to the counter. So he asked me how I was paying for the lottery tickets. I told him with debit. He then said I would have to purchase something else in addition to the lottery tickets. He said, "It's my policy". I told Raj bye. If you're not willing to take a transaction fee for something you are a vendor for because you're not going to profit by it I will never stop at your location ever even if it is convenient. I'm wondering what the transaction fee would be? 10 cents maybe? I think that is actually a wise investment. There's no way I would be recommending his store to anyone, I may even go out of my way to tell my friends not to do business there."
