"Wait times are long but I think it truly is they aren't set up well for success. I have had very nice pharmacy employees there on most all occasions, and people, it pays to be patient and nice as well."
"SEVERELY understaffed pharmacy and a company that very clearly puts corporate profits far and above customers. No matter when you go, expect to be frustrated with how long it takes - especially at the drive thru. They ignore phone calls, so I wouldn't bother. I could not even get a manager to answer their phone and was on hold more than 10+ minutes - after holding for 20+ minutes for a pharmacist. If you can avoid this train wreck of a store, do it. There is a Rite Aid just up the street that never seems as busy."
"Pharmacist Sue lies about conversations had and seems to be operating under some shady dealings. I had throat surgery and was prescribed 80 pills of my medication for 7 days (12 pills per day). Sue said they can only do 56 pills since that is the max amount for 7 days - which is wrong and she had prior doctor authorization). She said they would not be able to contact my insurance until the next day which would mean I would go a whole night without medication because they were busy. Then she repeatedly tried hanging up on me when she could not be bothered to listen to my voice after my surgery (I am not supposed to talk and speaking is extremely difficult to do and painful). When I told her I needed medication tonight because I had surgery two hours ago she told me I should’ve thought about that sooner (my medical team called to get everything situated ahead of time but also only sent the script while I was in surgery - why would I pick it up early?). I call my insurance myself and my insurance tells me that’s fine and they’ll be able to fill the rest of my script when I run out. Then I call to have my meds refilled and she tells my husband that I was crying and hysterical (I was not - I had throat surgery so talking is very strained and difficult and even when I went to the pharmacy I had to speak with the receptionist in text since I can barely speak) in an attempt to discredit me and also said I agreed to forfeit my medication. Which is a lie as I would still need my medication for the rest of my recovery and never agreed for the rest of my script to disappear and my insurance told me that was not the case. In addition, nobody discussed or apologized for the difficulties when I picked up, instead Sue came over to me and my daughter and told me to give my ID twice even after the receptionist already approved my ID and refused to even speak to me directly when I was there in I believe her attempt to be petty. Today we called to fill the rest of my script which the insurance told me wasn’t an issue but Sue claims the script was filled, I forfeit my remaining medication, and that my insurance will not cover the rest of it despite our insurance informing us multiple times otherwise. I have no idea why this person has this level of incompetency, lack of humanity, and clearly is of questionable morals in this role. I believe the only thing that makes sense for Sue to have this much of an issue with me must be because she is lining her pockets with my missing pain medication she told my husband was “forfeit”. How many other people like me has she done this too. She even said they cannot fill the rest of my script and bold faced lied to my husband saying I was crying and begging (fun fact: you can barely talk when you have throat surgery and I was furious as Sue told me to come tomorrow for my medication at the time rather than solving the issue then but just because my voice is weak and broken does not mean I am crying or begging) as well that I agreed to relinquish my remaining medication (which does not make sense). I even struggled to not throw up from the pain of talking and Sue painted it that I was unhinged. I do not want to take this medication and cannot wait to be off of it. I don’t even drink so the thought that I’m being painted as a scheming drug addict when I’m trying to get my proper medication dose so I can take it as prescribed is outrageous. Management needs to really consider what kind of people they have in their facility and reconsider having staff like Sue employed here. This woman was atrocious. There was one man who spoke to me on the phone after Sue said “I have no idea what you’re saying” and passing me off to a coworker was very kind and patient. As was the dark haired woman at the window (receptionist or pharmacy tech? I don’t know her role) was above and beyond at being nice and tolerating the awkwardness imposed on her by her socially disturbed coworker while I typed out replies to her. It’s a real shame the other staff were great. We won’t be back."
"The wait times are ridiculous, regardless of whether you go in or are in the drive thru. They do not recognize the wait you have. If you are in line, and they call a name to inform someone their script is waiting, they get to walk to the front of the line, regardless of how long the others standing there have been waiting, even when you are also just picking up an already filled prescription. That isn’t customer service. They need a separate line or location if they are going to let others just walk past those who have been standing there for 10-20 minutes, or they get in line again, just like the rest of us."
"I have been a customer of the pharmacy over five years, They had very knowledgeable and caring employees. Lately I have encountered employees who rushed to give the wrong information due to luck knowing or to rush things, example today, I encountered N, she ask for my name at list three times the solution come to the window and ask for an ID. She told me we do not have medication for you then she told me the medication is over the counter which is not, then she told me the medication is not covered by insurance, will cost you $28 do you want get is right now, I answered yes she came told we don’t have it we have to order it you be the judge!!"
