"The worker who was working was extremely RUDE! I thought about getting my money back and paying for more expensive gas somewhere else. He tried to not scan the app for my beverage when it is clearly advertised you get a discount for using the AMPM app."

"RUDE!!!!!!!! I just went in here with my daughter to purchase snacks for her sleepover. I walk up to the register and I’m looking at both sides to see where this guy disappeared to so I know where to set my stuff down at. He’s so busy ducking behind the counter, texting on his phone that after I set my stuff down on one side he starts shouting “HERE! HERE!!” Pointing at the other counter. If he wasn’t so busy paying attention to his phone he would have seen me looking for him when I walked up! Then he rings me up and doesn’t even ask if I want a bag! I’m supposed to carry my 6 items out by hand. I told him he was rude! Some people definitely shouldn’t have a customer service job and he’s one of them! Never coming here again."

"Why is this place still even open? Their staff can hardly understand English nor can they do basic math. You ask for a plastic bag and you get charged the 20 cents but Merkeb tries to refuse to actually give me the bag and when I finally get the bag it's a wet paper bag that ripped instantly in the parking lot. You really need to have chats with your employees because they're not even half trying, they're more interested in watching sports games instead of keeping an eye on what's happening around them"

"They scam people through their credit card. They charged me twice for the same purchase. I showed them my online account summary and they still hold their ground saying they didn't charge me twice. Never have I been so frustrated. Even said if they were to scam me they'll do it through cash. A freaking manager told me this. Never will I go there again."

"This is the worst am/pm I have ever been too. Their hours say they are open 24 hours that’s bull. Every day this store closes for 35 minutes to change shifts or something. This is the only gas station I have ever seen do this. Especially since there is more than one worker in there. It’s pretty simple the person coming on counts there till and when they are done then u switch tills. And count the other one out. Do u not realize how much business you are losing. They turn away so many customers. Or at least do it at a more slower time not at 9:30 til 10:05. It’s ridiculous"
