"Took my daughters to have their septum’s pierced and asked Whitney to re-pierce one of my ears which had a large amount of scar tissue from a previous (different) piercing. She was very professional, aware of sanitation and medical needs, and made all of us feel comfortable despite the girls being a bit nervous ahead of time. The whole process was fluid and easy and devoid of any pressure which was really great. Since then we have returned several times and we always appreciate the way she gets things done for us.
