"I brought a necklace into Kay Jeweler which was gifted to me and had been broken. It was submitted for repair and when it was returned to the store we discovered it had not been repaired per the diagram that the sales associate submitted with the repair ticket. Katai another sales person there took it upon himself to submit a detailed drawing with a narrative as to exactly what was needed to do it correctly. He spent about an hour to correct it exactly to my specifications. Thank you Katai; great job"

"My spouse and I have been long-time kay jewelers customers. Stopping in at this location was a very positive experience. We stopped in to have some items cleaned and inspected. The staff was professional, quick, and knowledgeable. I decided it was time to have my ring sized down, and we went through a very quick process to have that sent out to be taken care of. Then we had some questions on new jewelry we had seen and asked to see a few items and talk through a few of them. The items we saw were of good craftsmanship and had reasonably good prices. We lined up a few items for the future and chatted with a sales rep, and we had our old Kay's accounts merged into a new account under a new system they have had go online recently.
