"I love getting my haircut with Jen! She really knows her stuff with short hair and clippers, super smooth and precise, and would highly recommend her for those styles. I brought her a photo of my "hair goals" and we're well on our way to creating the final look that I want. If you think you'll need extra time for your appointment, just ask to talk to the stylist so they can choose the right kind of time slot for you. That's what I do, and it works out great. I know the prices have gone up, but these stylists work long hard hours and deserve a raise to make a living wage in this city. I understand they don't get 100% of the cost, so to me the inflation makes complete sense."

Great customer service as well, they were willing to be flexible when I had an unexpected delay that made me a few minutes late. Very clean and aesthetic shop as well. Definitely worth the cost!"

"I’m not really sure when a wash after a cut stopped being included. When I visited a few months ago my hair was washed. This time I booked a buzz cut to clean up the side of my head that is shaved. I was pretty shocked when she told me I was all done and didn’t offer to wash it. Too shocked to say anything tbh and honestly thought maybe I misunderstood what’s included when you book a buzz cut. I double checked the website when I got home and it does say a wash is included. I feel bummed I paid for a full service when she only had to shave half my head and I had to come home and wash it myself after."
