"Scheduling issues two times in a row. 2nd time - Set an appointment for 3 pm till 3:45 pm at 10 am. I got an email confirmation 45-minute appointment right away. Two hours later, I got an email changing it to a 30 min appointment, 3 to 3:30. Showed up at 3pm barber I had scheduled with was cutting a someone's hair looked like he just started he said oh I'll be with you in about 5 or 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, I left and canceled the appointment. Also, the floor was extremely filthy with several pairs of gloves thrown all over and a lot of hair from several different people. I don't believe I will ever go there again."
