"Terrible customer service and they don’t care. I went in for a root touch up with Payton who convinced me I should get a more neutral brown color on my roots and offered to gloss the rest of my hair to match the root color. I asked to see a sample of the neutral color she was offering and she didn’t have one to show me, only showed me similar colors and she said it would be in between those she was showing me. I wanted to make sure neutral didn’t mean darker but she kept saying it’s just more neutral. I decided to trust her but now I regret it. My hair doesn’t look brown it looks black. When she said try it a few days and if you don’t like it I’ll fix it next time you come in, I had a feeling she wouldn’t fix it if I complained a few days later and I was right. When I called days later, they told me she said she could fix it if I wanted to but she would charge me $60-70 and they told me I could try to remove the dark gloss with dish soap. I called again a second time and they kept insisting that I would have to pay for them to fix my hair. This time they said they had to charge me because the stylist didn’t charge me enough for the service so I had to pay the difference. I think they are just trying to justify the stylist for telling me I had to pay to have it fixed. I don’t believe anything they say anymore. They also put me on hold as soon as they answered, the second time I called like they knew it was me calling. I’ve been a customer for some time but I will not come back after this horrible experience. They’re rude and they know it."
