Hina is an awesome manager who goes above and beyond every time she is in the store, even if she is busy with other customers she pays attention to all stylists and genuinely care for customer satisfaction especially ones with kids. Xuan is very detail oriented, constantly checks with customer about styling preference and if she is meeting expectations. Strongly recommend this location."

"I've had great experiences at this sports clip before, however, I would avoid candice at all costs. I went in yesterday and got my haircut but after she completed it there was a little miscommunication and I asked if she could cut shorter. I informed her that I wanted an inch left on top shorter down the sides and back. She removed an inch and when I clarified that I wanted it shorter she told me that she would have to charge me extra for a second haircut. I decided to leave it at that and left the salon. During the haircut I felt as if she was being excessively rough with the razor and upon arriving home, I discovered several red marks on the back of my neck. They were causing some discomfort for the rest of the day and into the next day as well. They are still there as I'm writing this. Like I said, I've had great experiences here before but avoid Candice as she was rude, unprofessional, and didnt seem to care about me."
