"Honestly one of the worst haircuts Iโve ever gotten. Asked for a low taper (showed a picture too). For the price it is definitely not worth it. The shop and people are nice though."
"This is by far the best barber shop Iโve visited. Noel has cut my hair for several months and it looks great every time! The shop is clean and has a very relaxed atmosphere."
"Epic haircuts. All around consistency with all barbers. Friendly personalities, with a laid back atmosphere in the heart of downtown. Highly Recommend!"
"I was in town on business and went in to see if they could cut a standard flattop fade haircut. Hard to find any barbers that can cut a true flattop these days. Noel stepped up and knocked it out of the park! Super happy with the haircut! If I lived in Seattle, Noel would be my go to barber!"
"Having moved in to a nearby apartment complex not too long ago, this was my 4th visit to 028. My first three visits were excellent. Great cuts, great conversation, and an all around friendly atmosphere. This one wasn't. My hairdresser/barber seemed the most disinterested in my cut and honestly just used the clippers as quickly as they possibly could, having touched the shears/scissors maybe once for a total of 5 seconds (and they couldn't figure out how to use them properly and gave up soon). I was also charged for a cut+wash (which I have always gotten) and a beard trim and I was ushered out without the wash. Note : There were 45 mins left till business close time and I was the only customer. During the beard trim, the moustache was very conveniently ignored and left untouched making it seem weird with a different length than the beard. The hairdresser seemed to be in such a bad mood that I didn't even bring it up. It looked like they were having a bad day, but having that turn into a bad experience for the customer certainly wasn't welcome. I ended up paying 70$ for really bad service (40$ for the haircut and wash, the wash I didn't even get. 20$ for the beard trim, with that too incomplete with the moustache. 10$ for the tip). I've had such great experiences here the last 3 times that I'm so conflicted and disappointed about this one. On one hand I would love to visit again, on the other today's experience was so bad that I would think twice unless it were a dire situation. -The customer who got a cut at 6:00 P.M. on Fri Sept 1"
