"I scheduled an appointment for today for 11:30. I was notified at 10 that my appointment was cancelled. Pretty crappy on their end, since they have a strict cancellation policy, and would have charged me for such a late cancellation. Do I now get a free haircut since they cancelled late? Doubtful."

"Ashley was great to chat with and gave exactly the cut we wanted. The space is also very comfortable. Got a bleach out with the cut. They do color as well. Also had the chance to meet Michelle on a recent visit and thought she was very nice too. I saw a couple of her cuts. They looked great and the clients seemed pleased."

At this point the owner's reaction to this review became more important than the review itself and I think it's important that people know.) Original review: "The Owner is unfriendly. They change the time of the appointment without making the effort to call and apologize and see when you are available (you just get a notification through the app that your appointment has changed…). The one time i missed an appointment because of an emergency trip abroad they billed me the full amount without any empathy as to why i couldn’t come." After i posted this review, the owner reached out by email to threaten me if i don’t remove the post. This was their first message: "Did you leave a negative review online? I'd appreciate it if you'd take that down. It was rude and unnecessary. I'll ask nicely first." After that, they kept insulting me and harassing by email and phone because of this."

"I got my hair cut by Ashley today and I had an incredible experience. The shop itself was comfortable, clean, and inviting. The vibe was welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. I had some fun conversations with Ashley and others that made the haircut fly by, and at the end of it I got one of the best cuts I've had in a long time. I could not recommend this spot more!"

"Come here for a great haircut and great conversation. Dmarkis has been cutting my hair for the last 5 years—since that first haircut my wife didn’t want me to go to anyone else :) Dmarkis’ new shop is a really beautiful curation of everything you want a barbershop to be- excellent haircuts, good people, a well designed space, and a true community center. Definitely check this place out, can’t recommend it enough"
