"Let's start with this being an auction of products that may be new, old, used, broken, or even missing parts. It is what it is. It's an auction and you get what you bid on. That's not my complaint. Here is why I gave them 2 stars. I won a few bids and showed up the pick them up two hours before they closed. They were busy with customers coming in all day because they have three days to pick up their merchandise. An employee brought out a few of my bids on a cart, I told her that there was more and she said it's coming. I sat there for two hours. Watched others get loaded and leave. When the employees started leaving and locking up the gates and I was the only truck in the parking lot, I called them again and asked if I could get the rest of my merchandise. No "sorry we forgot about you" or anything like that. In the two hours I sat there, not a single employee asked if I was being helped or needed help. They actually started leaving for the day and locking the gates. I would give them one star but it could have been worse, they could have locked me in. That probably would have happened if I didn't call them."
"Ehli Auction is fantastic. They made it easy to liquidate things. And everything sold. It was super easy and efficient."
"Wow I wish I had read the reviews! I do not recommend working with this auction house. DO NOT LET THEIR EMPLOYEES TOUCH YOUR ITEMS AFTER YOU BUY THEM!!!! One of their employees, a very angry impatient woman, angrily grabbed one of our cabinets we paid for and dragged it off our dollys onto a pallet without asking and scratched the whole side of it. There were four of us there that were about to carefully lift it!!!! You could hear the metal scratch horribly. I emailed the company in hopes of the owner correcting this. I basically got a brush off, "I don't believe you, too bad for you" answer from him, and then he ignored my reply. What kind of customer service is that? Many of the employees are rude and impatient with you, and the owner obviously does not care if they damage your items after you've paid for them. I definitely will be avoiding them in the future. Murphy Auction is WAY better!"
"They are literally the worst company to deal with. I was running 5 minutes late and asked to just have them drop the item in the parking lot and I would load it. Instead they told me the item was forfeited because I was late even though I called ahead. The first time I had a issue with them is when they misrepresented the actual size of a welder that turned out to be almost 800 lbs. they changed me a buyer’s fee then took commission to relist it under my name and wouldn’t let me set the price of it. I’m not sure how a company that is so rude to people is in business."
"Been going to this auction for about 2 years and have bought 1000s of items. There are occasionally good deals but quite often the items are damaged or missing parts. Kathy who is one of the owners is extremely rude her husband is a nice guy from my experience. The office is very unorganized and apparently doesn't communicate with ra each other. I was banned after the last auction because they think I failed to pay however that is not the case, I payed in cash to one of their staff and have my receipt, I've emailed them in regards with no reply. With the amount of garbage items I've purchased the rude staff except Kari and Marissa and the lack of customer service I think I'll take my business elsewhere. There are several other auctions in the area and all care about their customers. I'm surprised a business would treat customers like burdens it's very disappointing I really enjoy auctions and buy a lot of items typically fill a truck and trailer every 2 weeks but that doesn't seem to matter to them. I guess that 25% buyers premium has given them a big head. 25% doesn't add up to much when you drive away all your customers though.i hope they can fix the issues they have and many complain about or they will likely go out of business, I know at least 10 people that buy from them who will probably go elsewhere when I tell them I don't recommend them anymore also many others have commented about prices being driven up to their max bid and I can attest to that almost all of my bids would be pushed to my max , it makes me wonder how much money has been stolen from me over the 100 or so auctions I've attended. If you do bid at this auction never set a max bid and don't bid aggressively or they will run your price up."
