"It’s a scam. I booked an appointment for 3:30 showed up at 3:29. Building is completely empty and dark, doors are locked. I still got charged the no-show fee even though they were the ones who didn’t show up. I tried calling, Verizon says the number is out of service???"

Flat ironing my hair is a process so I am more than willing to pay the right person to do it. Karen is the only person I trust with my hair. At the last minute I decided wanted to add some highlights. She was honest with me to let me know what she could and couldn't do with my hair since I have been box dyeing it black for so long. However she worked her magic and results are beautiful. I plan to go back in a couple of months to add more color to prepare for my summer look."
